With its central heraldic motif, outstanding in balanced form and in subtlety of its execution, this glass simultaneously possess the air of Gothic art (in the form of an open six petal flower), and follows the artistic tendencies of the European goldswork from the late fourteenth and the beginning of the fifteenth century.

This glass also speaks of the refined taste of its unknown commissioner, evidently a member of the highest class in the Serbian Medieval state.
